The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, which made it perfect for relaxation. The staff were very helpful, especially when I needed assistance with my lost luggage.

The shower water was lukewarm for someone who enjoys a hot shower. the elevator seemed slow and could use some updates.

The lack of WIFI upon arrival was unacceptable!!! The broken lifts were a major inconvenience!!! The smashed glass doors at the rooftop pool made it unusable!!! The lobby could use some tidiness enhancements!!!

Had a braw stay! The room was spacious and pure clean, great for relaxing after a day out. The location was cracking, close to everything. But the breakfast was a wee bit of a letdown, could do with more variety. I’d come back!
